Metto un cucchiaio di besciamella su ogni mezza patata.
Imburro una pirofila, spalmo anche un po' di besciamella.
Passo in forno a 180°C ventilato, coperto con alluminio, per 10 minuti, quindi scopro la pirofila e lascio gratinare per altri dieci minuti





Forse il G. non era del tutto soddisfatto....mi ha tirato fuori la scatoletta di Patè di Fegato d'Oca, regalo arrivato da Parigi...così abbiamo cenato:
