Can I Cook Pasta In A Steamer

ARTICHOKE ARTICHOKES & kitchen .... simple

Only four artichokes bought the G. ... and not exactly clean, it is known that the heads must be firmly closed and the leaves should not have spots!
I just have to cook them: yesterday I did STUFFED ARTICHOKES in a pressure cooker, as usual!

with scraps of leaves and stems, I prepared a past that now I have used to cook a risotto
RISOTTO artichokes and potatoes with herbs





Here they are artichokes, green with reddish tinge at the edges of the leaves are not too big ... I'm not dear!





I removed the outer leaves, I cut most of the tip, I trimmed the bottom, stems peeled and cut into pieces, the most tender I have cooked with artichokes, the hardest I've used in the past.



So I left them to soak in lemon juice for an hour, then rinsed several times I've



make bechamel simple for artichokes in a pressure cooker:

30 g stale white bread crumbs (I cherish ir leftover bread in the freezer, which grated on occasion)
1 tablespoon filled with chopped parsley, (also from the freezer)
3 cloves of garlic or more
2 tablespoons of oil for the filling
1 teaspoon of brine Bologna


I mixed the bread and good rest, getting a mixture a bit 'soft with oil and I stuffed artichokes trying to introduce among the leaves all around teaspoons of filling. I accommodated the artichokes on a rack in the pressure cooker, with a couple of glasses of water and a tablespoon of oil

 Ho pensato di mettere  1  gambo  di  sedano e    1  carota,  1  cucchiaio di olio in un tegame, ho solo scaldato, I then added the pieces of washed and drained artichokes, I stirred and then I added a liter of water, salt and pepper.

. I went with a nut flavor the meat. I added the potato into cubes


This is the chronicle of a light meal, but tasty, which is fine during the week to detoxify!
